State of art research laboratories and teaching facilities are important features of the college so that the students have a hands-on experience of all the modern spheres of biotechnology and microbiology. The laboratories are equipped to conduct advanced practicals and research work.  Practicals like DNA isolation, purification, construction of recombinant molecules,  transformation, cloning, gene isolation, PCR amplification, identification and   expression are regularly conducted in the biotechnology laboratories. Microbiology labs are involved in isolation, purification, characterization and identification of   microorganisms, microbial production of industrial products, optimization of   fermentation process, strain improvement etc. Laboratories are equipped with instruments like CO2 Incubator, -70oC Refrigerator, Elisa readers, Ultracentrifuge, UV-VIS Spectrophotometer (single and double beam), Lyophilizer, PCR, Refrigerated Centrifuge, B.O.D. incubator, Incubator Shakers, Electrophoresis systems (vertical and horizontal), Water Baths with thermostat control, Plant Growth Chambers, Fermenter, Autoclaves, Laminar air flow, cooling centrifuge, Magnetic stirrer with hot plate, Hot Air Oven, High Precession Analytical Balance, Heating Mental, Refrigerator.
